Returns:
All unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees. Please allow up to three weeks, in most cases less than three weeks, to receive your refund. The refund processing time includes 3-10 days for return shipping, 2-3 days for processing, and 3-10 days for processing the refund amount through the bank.

To initiate a refund, please email info@getupoutdoors.com and include your order number and details about the item(s). We will promptly respond with directions to complete the return.
